JFK in Milford Wins Bag It Up Challenge

Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut has announced that students at John F. Kennedy School in Milford are the 2018 Grand Prize Winners of the Bag It Up for Goodwill challenge. Goodwill reported that 365 elementary schools from across Connecticut competed by collecting donations throughout the month of April.
John F. Kennedy School collected 58,940 items that Goodwill will transform into revenue to help Connecticut residents find work and achieve independence.
As the winners of the Bag It Up challenge, John F. Kennedy School will receive a private performance from Andy Grammer, a $1,000 donation to support educational or athletic programs, and NoRA’s cupcakes for the entire school.
