INCORRECT W-2's HAVE BEEN ISSUED - January 16, 2018

Due to a processing error by ADP, incorrect W-2’s were downloaded to “Workforce Now” and also mailed directly to your home address. Please properly dispose of this W-2. Revised W-2’s will be available on “Workforce Now” by Friday, 1-19-2018. ADP has advised that revised hard copies will be sent to Goodwill by the beginning of next week. Goodwill will then mail to your home address upon receipt. The envelope of the correct W-2 will be marked “REVISED”.

ADP WorkforceNow is a convenient and easy way for you as a Goodwill employee to access your personal and pay information. This is also the place to go to get the latest information regarding Goodwill such as special events, important news and more.

  • View and update your personal contact information such as address and phone numbers. You can also view and update your emergency contacts.
  • View your pay statements and W2 statements. You can also view your filing status (W4), as well as access financial calculators.
  • View and update your benefits and dependent information.
  • Enroll in plans and make changes due to life events such as getting married or moving.
  • View your work information, education, skills, memberships, licenses & certifications.
  • Access Goodwill’s policies, forms, and handbook.
  • Download the ADP mobile app and receive company news bulletins in real time.


    Important Note:

  • As of January 1, 2018, employees will no longer receive paper direct deposit statements. You will need to log on to ADP to view your statement.

    To register on your iPhone, iPad, Android Phone or Android Tablet:

    Download the ADP Mobile Solutions app from the Google Play store or iTunes.

    Instructions for Registering:

  • Click on “first time or new user.”
  • Enter registration code: goodwct-123
  • When prompted enter last four digits of your social security number (do not use Associate No. option)
  • Enter your email account. You must use an email account to register. If you do not have an email address, you can create one for free on any number of sites such as google, yahoo,, or
  • ADP will immediately send you an email; you must click on the link in the email to complete registration and activate your account.
  • If you receive a message that your account is suspended or locked, you must contact the Help Desk or HR to have it released.

    If you have forgotten your User Id or login, follow the “forgot my password” prompts.
