Qualifications:

• Combination of education, training and/or practical work experience in Human Service environment  
• One-year practical experience working with people who have severe physical and/or mental disabilities    
• Current and valid CT driver's license and eligibility for public service license is required
• Ability to physically assist consumers with lifting and moving
• Ability to operate a Hoyer Lift
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
